Services

Clinical Services - Ambulatory health care services, including adult medicine, obstetrics/gynecology), pediatrics, dental, optometry, radiology, laboratory and pharmacy.

Substance Abuse - Residential services for men only and non-residential substance abuse recovery services including individual, family and group counseling for adults and adolescents, methadone maintenance, “options” program for pregnant women.

Mental Health - Outpatient mental health care for adults and children at West Oakland Heath Center.

Adult Day Health Services – A day care program for frail and disabled individuals, available with a physician referral.  The Program provides socialization and supportive services to help clients maintain their health and independent living status. 

Health Education –  Individual and group education is provided to help people better understand and better respond to preventable causes of illness, and better manage chronic diseases. 

Social Services – Services help individuals address health related concerns through referrals, including for example housing, unemployment, legal issues and public benefits. 

Women, Infants and Children’s Nutritional Supplement Program (W.I.C.) - nutrition counseling for pregnancy women with small children; free food coupons.
